1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 6jl platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. 6jl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of our standard account verification process. Accounts found to have been registered with false information may be suspended pending investigation.

2. Permitted Use of the Platform

The 6jl platform is intended solely for personal entertainment purposes by eligible members in the Philippines. You agree to use the platform only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to your account or winnings. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any form of collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's systems or interfere with any other member's use of the platform. 6jl monitors platform activity to detect irregular patterns, and any account found to be in breach of these usage rules will be subject to investigation and appropriate action, which may include forfeiture of balances. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our sole discretion.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances

All financial transactions on the 6jl platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment channel, and you may use your balance to participate in any available game or betting market on the platform. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable processing requirements. 6jl does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions are handled entirely in PHP from deposit through to withdrawal. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be communicated within the platform's payment section. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate — 6jl cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by a member. Balances held in your account do not accrue interest and are not insured deposits.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members in the Philippines. We encourage every member to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to play only within their financial means. If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools and resources available on the platform, including self-exclusion options. Members who choose to self-exclude will have their account access restricted for the duration of the self-exclusion period, and no new accounts may be opened during that time. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 6jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from 6jl. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability. The 6jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any part of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, 6jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or force majeure events. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 6jl reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the member's account balance. Our total liability to any member in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

6jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the platform after the updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If a change materially affects your rights as a member, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the platform. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
